The brand new 55,000 sf production facilities are HACCP certified, and are equipped with 3 German made fillet processing lines, 2 crabmeat processing lines, 8 IVP lines, IQF machines, and freezer and cold storage big enough to hold 1,600 tons of food products. We are very proud that our facilities are among the most modern and the best equipped in the industry. 1500 skilled workers in this facility produce over 10,000 tons of quality seafood every year. All these are backed by a world-class management and engineering team.
Our diversified seafood product line includes: pasteurized crabmeats, frozen crabmeats, frozen tilapia (wholes and fillets), catfish (wholes and fillets), red drum fillets, clams, mussels, and squids. All our tilapia and catfish are cage-raised with great care in our 20,000 acre farms. The reservoirs where fish grow are spring fed, and the water is carefully monitored by our technicians. The fish are fed with all natural and nutrition-balanced feed produced by our very own fish feed producer. With this complete control over the growth of fish, we are able to lock in the natural sweetness and ensure the firm texture of our fish
As with every successful business, we continue to grow with the markets. A new seafood processing line is currently under construction, which, when completed, would boost our production capacities by 6000 tons per year. We are also constantly acquiring new fish farms to keep in pace with our production needs.
